Clay Insulating Brick Description
Fireclay insulation brick is a kind of lightweight refractory products, its aluminum ₂O₃ content is 30%-46%. It is made of clay clinker or light clinker and plastic clay as the main raw material, usually produced by fuel method, but also by chemical method or foaming method to form a porous structure. Applicable temperature range is 900℃ to 1650℃, can withstand high temperature environment.

refractory materials. The refractory linings or heat-insulating materials of the industries, such as, ethylene pyrolysis furnaces,tubular furnaces, reforming furnaces of synthetic ammonia, gas generators and high- temperature shullte kilns,etc.
